This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new role with reduced hours. The company are looking for someone who can have the flexibility of working between 10 to 15 hours per week.
This position will ideally suit someone looking it start around December and could suit someone needing a second part time role or just looking for a role to fit around their other commitments.
Client Details
The client is an excellent Chichester based business who take pride in their staffs satisfaction. They are looking for someone who fits in with their friendly team ethos. Due to the clients location a candidate who can drive would be preferable as it's quite hard to reach via public transport.
Description
Job Role:
- To assist the Finance Manager in general requirements
- Purchase ledger
- Stock invoices matching and dealing with discrepancies within the Commercial Department
- Inter-Company reconciliations, both with our Parent company and Sister companies. These must be completed monthly, and quarterly dealing with relevant parties to have them signed off
- Credit Card entries, because of the nature of these, an understanding of splitting of entertainment is essential, as is an understanding of charging the expenses to the correct code.
- Monthly statement reconciliations with our suppliers.
Profile
Skills required:
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Understanding MS Outlook
- Familiar with various ERP systems
