They require an aspirational and proven qualified accountant to support the CFO and the business. The selected individual shall support Senior Management and Directors providing technical and commercial insight whilst managing a small finance team, this will include monitoring workload and supporting them through training periods. As Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for the monthly reports and forecasting, identifying KPIs and improvements, ensure all deadlines are met to the highest professional standards, preparation and monitoring of corporate accounts, assure compliance and procedures are adhered to, lead the budgeting and support on any additional tasks and projects when required. As the company further their future goals the chosen candidate will need to have the ability to develop and identify the opportunities to implement new systems & MI, advance software processes and establish accounting frameworks to reinforce the changes happening due to the growth in the business This will be a prefect opportunity for an engaged qualified accountant to take the reins and hit the ground running to support a growing business in a demanding environment.
