We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Finance Manager to join a friendly and dynamic team. You will be reporting directly to the CFO and you'll take full ownership of managing a team of 8. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to be closely involved with the organisation success by providing solutions to incoming challenges. My client is looking for a Finance Manager who is comfortable dealing with:
• Reporting directly to the CFO
• Providing support and advise to the CFO on decision making process
• Identifying, negotiating and implementing cost savings strategies where appropriate
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Planning projects and managing time and teams time to meet deadlines
• Implementing and designing new processes to develop efficiency and time saving
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Key stakeholder management
• Annual budgets and forecasts preparation
• Other Ad hoc duties You will be a qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) accountant with proven strong management experience background to be considered for this role. This is a fantastic organisation to work for, and a great opportunity to gain valuable experience. Based in London, £55000 - £60000 per annum plus benefits, full time basis.
