MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Register, scan and process Accounts Payable invoices. 2. Create and maintain supplier accounts 3. Checking and sorting payments for dispatch to suppliers 4. Dealing with enquiries from suppliers 5. Providing general administrative support to the Accounts Payable Team Qualifications and Experience 5 GCSE's including Maths and English Knowledge Experience in handling large volumes of data entry Proficient numeracy skills Good keyboard Skills Understanding of Client Confidentiality Ability to work as part of a Team Ability to deal with clients in a professional and caring manner
