A successful corporate finance team are seeking to hire a qualified accountant with a background either in Corporate Finance or from within the accountancy profession for a key role in their business. The firm are interested in people with advisory, corporate finance or transaction services experience, but they will also look at accountants or audit focused professionals who would like to move into corporate finance. This job can be one of two things. It can either be a role focused on the Accounting side of Corporate Finance, OR it can be a Corporate Finance Executive role, involving the numbers side but also offering experience to the whole deal origination and delivery process. Corporate Finance Accountant. In a small team, you will support throughout the deal process, but dependent on your preference, you can choose not to be responsible for front-end deal generation or commercial negotiations as the corporate financiers will be. If you are ambitious to forge a longer term career in Corporate Finance, you can get involved in that part of the role. You could well be a good Accountant who wants to get into the more dynamic and interesting area of Corporate Finance. You may be from an audit background or more accountancy focused and this job can offer you a crucial role in a quick moving area with a strong reward package. Salary really will depend on the person, but it could go up to the level typically associated with management jobs. To be considered you will be qualified ACA / ACCA or potentially a final stage studier with an appetite to move into a dynamic, commercial and highly rewarding sector. Your background should be predominantly gained from working in an accountancy firm or advisory business and you will be excited by the prospect of joining a quick growing and already well regarded brand of advisors.
