Accounts Payable Clerk : Hammersmith : 6 Week Temp This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a well-established consultancy in Hammersmith, for a 6-week period. Manages the prompt and accurate posting of the invoices received. Process between 100 / 150 invoices per week for payment on SAGE. Process employee expenses. Run BAC's payment runs for suppliers. Run expense run for employees. Produce and send remittances. Reconcile supplier statements. Liaise with all team members in a professional manner. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned. Setting up new suppliers in the system according to company's policies. Ensures copies of all invoices, and relevant backup are archived in organised fashion. To ensure invoices are billed to correct entity and posted to the same relevant company within the accounting system. Ensures the VAT coding is correct, as well as amounts and General Ledger codes.
