Change Recruitment Group are currently working exclusively with a largely successful and highly established energy company. We are currently in search of an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their dynamic finance team based in Motherwell on a temporary 3 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly self-sufficient and driven candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to organise their own workload to meet given objectives. We are keen to speak to candidates who have a strong background within a Purchase Ledger Clerk role, who can perform the following duties:
• Processing Purchase Ledger invoices - high volume
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Preparation of supplier payments
• Queries on a day to day basis
• Processing new supplier account forms
• Issue of Purchase Orders
• Month end assistance
• Supplier database maintenance
• Adhoc accounts payable queries as required Key essentials:
• Experience within a Purchase Ledger role
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Excellent attention to detail skills
• Highly organised and self-sufficient
