SUMMARY As a Senior Accountant in Softway's Accounts & Finance team you will be responsible for end-to-end financial services pertaining to Softway India office. You will be exposed to the daily financial operations that bring with it new learnings and challenges. All in all, this is a position that will require you to bring to the table a mix of your leadership, communication and problem solving skills. Meticulousness With a good knowledge of accounting regulations, backed by solid accounting principles, you bring thoroughness and high quality of work to the table. Your eye for detail and problem solving aptitude makes collection, analysis and summary of accounting information easy. Budget & forecasting Your analytical thinking helps contribute to strategic business decisions by providing stakeholders with periodical reports, budgets, financial forecasts and any ad-hoc reports. Taxation & Compliances You are skillful with tax computations, tax returns, balance sheets and profit and loss statements. You're well read about financial policies, regulations and legislations and ensure statements are published in time. You are alert and ensure compliance at all times through regular audits backed by documentation of accounting control procedures. Integrity & Confidentiality Besides your passion to crunch numbers, you understand the level of integrity and confidentiality that comes with holding this position. You proactively secure data at all times and ensure frequent database back-ups.
