This vacancy represents an amazing opportunity for a strategically-minded finance and operations specialist to join a national charity, with a base location of Bristol.

Client Details

Michael Page are pleased to be working with a well-known national charity to recruit a Head of Commercial Operations into their team.

Description

  • Provide direction and support on the strategic management of the services offered by the charity
  • Continuously review operational processes across the organisation so that areas of improvement are identified to maximise efficiency and service levels
  • Ensure efficiencies identified by the Business and Finance teams are implemented
  • Support the team on ensuring services are appropriately funded with direct responsibility for the management of relationships with key funders
  • Ensure benefits from the digital transformation programme are realised in the longer term
  • Ensure timely reporting of financial performance and business KPI's with clear analysis and actions identified
  • Drive profitability and identify strategic areas to target in order to improve performance
  • Develop business cases for organic and new business growth
  • Create, plan and execute project work plans to achieve commercial objectives
  • Work with compliance teams and the business to ensure the directorate operates in line with the required policies and procedures

  • A track record of having successfully driven organisational improvement
