Description
Main Duties:
- Actively chasing debt and ensuring payment is within set terms
- Accurate posting payments
- Proactively resolving queries
- Investigating and resolving any payment discrepancies
- Reconciling incoming payments
- Tracking and querying underpayments
- Monitoring and chasing of outstanding payments
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Excellent numerical; verbal and written communication skills
- PC literate, with excellent excel and reporting skills
- Proven attention to detail
