Group Accountant

Fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant 0-3 yrs PQE with this global business. International travel


Hays Senior Finance are pleased to be working with this acquisitive, global business whose head office operation is based in Norwich. This is a good opportunity to join a highly acquisitive group, turnover c£450m, and will suit someone who enjoys a fast paced, ever expanding business.
You will take on a rounded role within finance and work across the groups subsidiary companies across the globe to review existing processes and practices to identify and deliver enhancements and improvements across reporting process, financial systems and the internal control framework.

Profile

A qualified/finalist, process driven and commercially focussed accountant.
Comfortable being a key part of a small, high-quality head office finance team.
Professional and confident operating in a corporate office environment which includes interaction with Board members.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence across a culturally diverse de-centralised international business.
Strong organisational skills, with ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines.
Highly numerate and literate with strong analytic skills
Demonstrates a curiosity about the wider business, with a desire to challenge existing practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepared to travel in the UK and internationally.
