Part time Accounts Assistant

Hays are working with a well-known company based in Dinnington who are looking to recruit a Part Time Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis with the potential go permanent.

Your new Role
· Processing of purchase & sales invoices
· Entering manual sales invoices on to the accounting system as instructed
· Customer statement preparation and review
· Processing of bank receipts
· Debtor balance allocations
· Involvement in the credit control process
· Dealing with customer account and payment queries
· Maintenance of customer ledger details
· Assisting the Financial Manager as required
· Previous experience of working in an accounts office.
· Full UK Driving license ideally due to office location
· Excellent attention to detail What you'll need to succeed
· Good organisational and time management skills
· Ability to work well within a team
· Ability to work to deadlines
· Good Excel skills

What you'll get in return
