Finance Manager Stoke on Trent up to £65,000

Your new company

My client is a fast growing business based in Stoke on Trent. Due to recent growth they are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will lead multiple teams and support cash management and operational accounting in the business.

Your new role
As a Finance Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading multiple teams and you will be responsible for the following duties

• Day to day people management and leadership of operational accounts teams
• Managing and overseeing Purchase and Sales Ledger functions
• Aged debt management
• Bank reconciliations
• Monthly KPI reporting
• Working closely with Group Financial Controller and Finance Director
• Acting as a point of contact for clients and escalation point for the team
• Query handling
• Delivery of excellent customer service and KPI's

What you'll need to succeed
You will have be a strong leader with experience of managing large teams, have ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. You will have good attention to detail, be organised , have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be highly IT literate to include strong Excel skills
