Suitable candidates will have the following experience: Substantial experience in a traditional Business Analyst role (managing workshops, gathering requirements, etc) on Business Change/Improvement projects Experience of leading and motivating a team of Business Analysts (of all levels) Strong stakeholder management skills Recent experience of working within the financial services sector on a variety of projects Strong understanding of Agile Additionally, any experience of working within the retail/manufacturing sector would be highly advantageous.
