You will be part of the Leadership Team and work closely with the Director of Finance and Business Services taking a leading role in the development of the strategic direction of Trust. You will lead the Finance Team in the operational delivery of a comprehensive financial service, including:
• Development and delivery of financial strategy
• Financial planning and budget monitoring
• Accurate and timeous production of statutory accounts, statistical returns and covenant data
• Contributing to overall business improvement You will co-ordinate and lead the integration of our merger with Wishaw and District Housing Association which will add a further 1,000 properties to our portfolio.
