This fast growing Biotech company have strong links to the Pharmaceuticals sector and are going form strength to strength hence their requirement for an Office Manager/PA to manage the day to day Granta Park based offices. Part of a larger multinational group they are lookign for someone with a positive disposition keen to be hands on and muck in.

Client Details

My client are a fast growing and exciting Biotechnology and pharmaceuticals company with a strong and open working culture as shown by the Executives who this Office Manager/PA would be supporting day to day. Based out of Granta park, in South Cambridge near, Duxford, Pampisford and Babraham.

Description

An outline of the duties and responsibilities for this Office Manager/PA role;

  • Management of contracts, SOWs, consulting agreements via legal
  • Support for documentation e.g. notarisation
  • Meeting support such as advisory boards, dealing with Conferencesource, Paragon etc
  • Diary support especially for larger meetings
  • Long haul travel (all employees)
  • Facilities management: primary contact with landlord/security
  • Processing and checking invoices, primary link with finance US
  • Adhoc support for key in house meetings (good example is todays VAT inspection, retrieving documents etc)
  • Administrative support for inspections
  • All day to day activities to ensure efficient running of the office including facilities compliance with H&S requirements, PAT testing, fire regs compliance etc
  • Back up for receptionist role

Profile

Office Manager/PA desired experience and characteristics;

  • The successful candidate will have prior office management, PA or all around Administration experience for at least 3-4 years and therefore will have the capability to predominantly hit the ground running in a number of areas as listed above.
  • Based locally to Granta Park/ Duxford
  • Diary and travel management experience
  • great attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive can do attitude with the desire to be hands on and get involved across the whole business
  • Friendly and approachable
