Account Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Specialist Requirement - Temp Rolling - Central Birmingham Based.



Your new company
A large not-for-profit organisation is working towards getting a handle on their work load before we reach Christmas - a fast paced, growing, and extremely busy Accounts department is looking for a new head to hit the ground running with them as soon as possible.

Based in the centre of Birmingham, easy to access from both train stations and various bus stops and a large organisation that looks for individuals that display potential to offer opportunities to help them grow.

Your new role
You will be part of a busy Accounts Payable team required to process invoices and payments such as BACS, CHAPS and CHEQUES.
Ensure payments are processed on time
Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
Produce month-end balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in the production of reports.

What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of at least 2 years experience working in a similar environment in an Accounts Payable role.
Ability to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment
Excellent understanding and experience working in an end to end Accounts Payable process.
