Your new company
Your new company are the leading specialists in their respective field, having being a global powerhouse and established for well over 20+ years'. The company is a global branded company also, having featured in many different campaigns and sports event, sponsoring globally.
Your new role
Your new role will be a Credit Supervisor / Credit Manager position. You'll be supporting and overseeing a team of 4 Credit Controllers, managing the EMEA ledger. This will be a very hands on role so experience with managing your own ledger is essential also (high value). This role also requires the right candidate to have experience with financial system implementation as the company is currently undergoing a transition also.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have a proven record of management experience, ideally within an EMEA region. You'll need to have experience with DSO reduction and reports, aged debt reduction and reporting and experience chasing extremely backdated debt. Whilst the ideal candidate should have knowledge of the German financial laws also, it is not essential.
