Job Details
Leading the finance team in all aspects of finance, month end reports, system improvements as well as managing the team while ensuring efficiency to maximise the end results. The successful candidate will report directly into the Head of Accounting and Reporting.

My client is the largest UK supplier within there industry. Producing over 1.2 million tonnes a year from there Cardiff site. With a state of the art facility and over 500 staff members this is a great opportunity to join a thriving business.
Description
Evaluate line reports to recognise and celebrate successes and identify potential improvements with the support of the performance development integrated system.
Manage people, processes and task to ensure the most efficient use of resource.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve customer service relationships and activity efficiency applying the TQM planetary principle.
Month end reports. Producing month end report packs.
Manage and understand the balance sheet review
Use SAP transactions to carry out month end postings and generate reports
Budgeting & Forecasting
Analyse sales data to be able to explain performance and identify issues
