Job Profile for Senior Accountant - JW(phone number removed) An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a growing firm of Chartered Accountants for a Client Accountant in the corporate/SME businesses team located in Cheshire. The role would suit an ACA or ACCA Qualified Senior Accountant with solid experience managing their own portfolio of clients. It is important that the Client Accountant will have a few years PQE with ACA or ACCA. The ACA or ACCA qualified Client Accountant will have ambitions to grow the company and work towards partner level. Senior Accountant Position Overview Preparation and review of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and charities. Completing monthly bookkeeping and quarterly VAT returns. Preparation of income tax and corporation tax computations and returns. Assistance with the preparation and filing of Construction Industry Scheme returns. Assisting trainee accountants within the team. Senior Accountant Position Requirements Confident, ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with PQE Excellent written and oral communication skills Flexibility and enthusiasm for the company and clientele Experience of computer software including IRIS, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks Senior Accountant Position Remuneration Up to £40,000 plus bonus (Dependent on experience) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and an additional 3 days to be taken during the Christmas shutdown. Enrolment into company pension with 4% Employer contribution.
