Accounts Assistant for a media company.

Client Details

This Accounts Assistant position, based in central London are looking for a hard working and committed new team member. This role will sit within a team of 7, reporting directly into the finance manager.

Description

The key responsibilities for this Accounts Assistant vacancy are:

• Assist with the inter company process including raising invoices and reconciliation of inter company balances and transactions
• Reconciliation of online receivables and other customer accounts
• Support the finance team with month-end tasks, including preparing balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist the Finance Manager with preparation of month-end reporting packages
• Assist in the preparation of information for external and internal audit
• Ad-hoc accountancy tasks
• Approving employee expenses and summary reporting to management on a bi-weekly basis.
• Processing media spend invoices into our accounting system while ensuring there are no errors or inconsistencies with them.
• Assisting the AP and AR functions where necessary

Profile

The successful candidate for this role will be immediately available to start on the 11th November. It is essential that the candidates has at least 3 years experience within accountancy.
