Job Details
As the Financial Controller you will be responsible for all finance matters, managing a team of 3 and working directly with the Managing Director.

Description
- Supervise the preparaefficienciesh end accounts and VAT and CIS returns
- Ensure the completion of bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Budget analysis
- Improve efficiencies and reduce company costs
- Managing the audit process and liaising with external personnel
- Managing, mentoring and motivating the accounts team
- Managing a team of 3
- Budgeting and forecasting, including site variance cost reporting data
- Managing cash flow and banking and funding relationships
- Contributing to company financial strategy and decision making process
- Understanding financial analysis and reporting
- Developing forecasting models
- Undertake cost-benefit analysis for financial opportunities
Profile
Strong team player
- Hard working, efficient and motivated by results
- Ability to analyse and make recommendations, alongside the capacity to drive through key business changes
- Strong business and commercial acumen and understanding of financial issues
- Previous experience in a high growth environment
- Qualified and highly experienced in a similar role
