Finance Manager

Commercially focused Qualified finance Manager required to join an established company within central Essex.

Your new company
A long standing client, with multiple sites across the UK is looking for experienced finance manager to join the team.

Your new role
The successful applicant will be a true business partner, capable of supporting the operational business at multiple sites across the East Region. Critical to success will be spending time with members of the Senior Leadership Team to understand the business strategy and challenges to ensure financial support is fit for purpose and in line with the wider company strategy along with managing 4 direct reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant a recognised awarding body - CIMA, ACA, ACCA essential with around 5 years relevant post qualification experience. You should have experience of financial accounting, management accounting, influencing decisions within a large complex organisation, be able to manage a team and business partner with non-finance professionals at the highest level. Having strong systems knowledge (in particular exposure to SAP, Planning Analytics, Vector & Microsoft/Google packages) would be advantageous however training will be given.
