Accounts Payable Assistant

Huge Restaurant Chain| Accounts Assistant| Temporary 3 months | Paying up to £15.50 per hour |

Your new company
You will be working for a well-known Italian Restaurant chain that has over 100 restaurants across London! This upbeat, dynamic and sociable team is looking for help during their year end. Your new job will be based just off Tottenham Court Road and you will enjoy a loud, busy and fast paced environment.

Your new role
On the AP side you will be processing hole volumes or invoices, matching, batching and coding invoices. On the AR side of the ledger you will be bank reconciliations, posting cash, cash allocation and financial reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be immediately available or on a maximum of 1 week notice period. You must have at least 2 years Accounts Assistant experience and must have worked in the restaurant or hotel industry. You will be responsible for processing high volumes or invoices, bank recs and assisting in year end.

What you'll get in return
The team is a work hard team however, they make sure that at least once a month they go out for dinner and drinks to ensure the team are rewarded for all their efforts. You will also gain experience working for an established finance team will full support when needed.
