Your new role
As the Financial Controller your role will be to own the finance function and manage a small team. In addition to this, your remit will include oversight of IT and HR functions and will report directly to the CEO.

This is senior position and key part of leadership team, as such you will have input at a strategic level. As this is a relatively small organisation, on a day to day basis your new job will be "hands on" from a finance perspective. This role is well suited to a senior finance professional who enjoys a good variety of duties, to include :

- Production and presentation of periodic and timely reports, namely monthly Management Accounts, forecasts and annual budgets.

- Maintenance of a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the reported financial results

- Ensure reported results comply with accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.

- Production of monthly payroll

What you'll need to succeed
Hands on attitude, coupled with ability to influence at a strategic level
Prior experience of managing and / or owning a finance function
Management Accounting and Financial Accounting skills
Well suited to an good humoured and personable individual, comfortable with working with people at all levels
