Primary Purpose: 

The Tapestry finance graduate scheme has been designed to hand pick highly talented individuals soon after they finish higher education and give them an accelerated route through specific training and exposure to develop them into the next generation of Tapestry leaders.

At Tapestry our graduates take ownership of important existing roles within the organization and are given the autonomy and ownership early on to make decisions and deal directly with their business partners.

By doing this we require our graduates to quickly develop key critical soft skills such as curiosity, autonomy, accountability and self-confidence which will support them through their career.

As a graduate will be taking a live analyst role in the accounting team.

  • Supporting the Tapestry multi-brand general accounting team and monthly close process, which includes posting journal entries, performing reconciliations, and closing the legal entity books;
  • Playing a key part in the accounting of payroll costs, intercompany and fixed assets;
  • Assisting in maintaining and improving our internal controls and processes as the finance function continues to grow;
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business (predominantly Financial FP&A, Payroll, HR and Construction teams);
  • Supporting the Finance Analysts and Managers in their day to day activities; and
  • Supporting the wider finance team on current initiatives.

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Accounting & Finance) at 2:1 or above
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • An individual who shows high degree of curiosity, is ambitious, assertive and has strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset and can show examples of this self starter mentality in their extra curricular activities.
  • Sponsorship of chosen professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA etc.)
