SAP Accountant up to £50,000 + benefits 2 year contract


Your new company
You will be joining an International PLC who are well established in their market, driven by a well established leader with over 100 years of expertise. This SAP accountant position is based at the organisations Europe and Middle East head office based just off the M6 north of Wigan

Your new role
This SAP accounting position will learn everything finance related about the new SAP HANA system, a new version of SAP which is a fully integrated system, that performs advanced analytics and includes extract, transform, load capabilities as well as an application server. You will become the go to person in finance for any system related queries within finance and provide a top down service to all finance staff in the business worldwide, including any training required.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be qualified in finance CIMA, ACCA or ACA, and understand both financial and management accounting, and have experience with SAP ideally with a system implementation of SAP. It is imperative you a systems minded person, and have a thirst to learn everything about SAP and enjoy working with it. Given you will work with all members of the business worldwide at all levels, you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and have a patient attitude to training.
