Junior Finance Assistant

Permanent Accounts Assistant role (with study support), Based in Manchester City Centre

Your new company

You will be working for a forward thinking SME in the property sector based in Manchester City Centre, who also have regional offices in other areas of the UK. Their turnover exceeds £4m pounds a year and they are continuing to grow year on year. They also have responsibility for managing the finances of property development entities with circa £30m of net assets.

Your new role

This job involves working closely alongside the Finance Manager looking after the all round transactional work. Your main duties will consist of; managing the purchase ledger, manage the sales ledger, bank reconciliations, assisting with the audit and other ad hoc tasks set by the Finance Manager. This is the ideal job for someone looking to work within an SME where they can gains lots of exposure.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered you must have either transactional finance or administration experience with an interest working in finance.

The company will also provide full AAT study support with the possibility of potentially going on to do ACCA or CIMA in the future.
