Financial Controller - High Wycombe - £65,000 - £70,000 - Manufacturing - Number 2 in Finance

Your new company
A Financial Controller opportunity based in High Wycombe has become available for a Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant who is keen to join a business with ambitious and drive. Reporting in to a Finance Director and managing a Team of 5 will see you having a big influence on the the organisation and offering a "Finance Perspective" on the business.

Your new role
As a Financial Controller you will support the Finance Director with FP&A and Financial Planning. With the support of your team you will produce multiple sets of management accounts. Managing the team to run a smooth running and efficient finance function that will offer support to the wider business.

Part of a larger group, you will be a key member of the management team that are driving sales and productivity. Using your commercial skills, you will challenge other managers to review their processes and budgets to ensure the company is operating at maximum capacity to help it grow.

Being the Financial Controller will also see you lead the statutory responsibilities including Year End, R&D Tax and internal and external audits.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a technically strong accountant with the management experience to co-ordinate a successful finance team, alongside a commercial acumen to challenge your piers and senior management. You will be a qualified accountant, ideally from a manufacturing background who is keen to join a faced paced and growing business.
