My client is a Top 10 Firm based in central Guildford close to all the shops and restaurants that this busy city has to offer. They have recently moved to new offices which offer up to date technology and software. This Firm has a highly collaborative team providing a high level of service to their clients.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that clients receive an efficient and proactive service and client expectations are exceeded throughout the year. You will liaise with client Partners and other S&W staff where appropriate to ensure all are kept up to date with relevant issues.
• You will manage client billing effectively, set budgets, arrange the work timetable, booking of staff, planning review and completion of assignments.
• Reviewing work in accordance with procedures and provide technical advice/support where necessary.
• Organising staff working on client engagements, delegating appropriate work to more junior staff, aiding their development.
• Monitoring workloads to ensure most efficient use of resources.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent with experience within Practice and at manager level. You will have deep knowledge of management accounts, statutory accounts preparation, payroll, book keeping, VAT and company secretarial work. You will be results orientated to meet and exceed client expectations, with a key focus on delivering high quality work that consistently meets client deadlines.
