An industry leading health services innovation company is currently recruiting for a CFO to join their UK business. An excellent opportunity to join the business during an exciting period of change.

Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity encompassing a wide array of duties and responsibilities. The primary focus of the CFO will be responsible for driving and achieving new innovations within the business. You will play a key role in the financial and operation responsibilities of the business including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, controls whilst partnering with functional leaders to drive revenue and growth.

As well as providing finance leadership this role will drive operations and business execution for all functions including translating business vision and strategy into operational tactics. You will proactively monitor trends to identify risks and opportunities across key revenue and expense categories.

This position will be a critical resource for the CEO working alongside them to provide business updates and driving a variety of projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Accountant with experience in a similar FD/CFO position. Experience within a technology start up or growing technology company would be beneficial. You will have proven leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships across a global level. You will also have the experience and ability to manage diverse business priorities with lean resources. This role will involve working with cross functional teams whilst navigating a matrix environment.
