Permanent job opportunity for a qualified Commercial Accountant to join a large business in Chippenham
Your new company
You'll be joining a large organisation based in Chippenham where you will work as part of a large finance team where you will work cross-functionally building relationships with the wider business and, occasionally, customers.
Your new role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with the business to ensure contract tenders are financially and commercially robust
- Working proactively with senior leadership to complete thorough financial reviews of commercial contracts
- Delivering financial briefings and ensuring full approval is obtained for new contract tenders
- Support with the implementation and start up of financial activities for new contract tenders
- Support business development teams with the presentation of contract tenders
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be a qualified Commercial Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll have excellent accountancy and analytical skills alongside the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of senior stakeholders. You'll be able to explain complex financial information to both finance and non-finance professionals.
What you'll get in return
