Finance Director £85,000 - £95,000, Car, Bonus plus Benefits Midlands Hamilton Woods Executive Search are delighted to be assisting an instantly recognisable commercial and residential developer with the appointment of a hands-on Finance Director to support the Managing Director and operational teams within the Midlands. Experienced and capable of operating as a stand-alone finance professional, this role will allow you to be involved in all aspects of finance, strategy and delivery across a demanding growth driven region. Duties will include: Business partnering closely with the MD and other senior stakeholders to ensure the group hits its strategic milestones Work effectively to oversee the Finance Team as the function continues to evolve and expand regionally and nationally Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for the business units budgeting for new site openings Liaising with potential investors and offering insightful analysis regarding investment opportunities and business developments Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process Offering key strategic advice and analysis in relation to international expansion and effective growth strategy Desired Skills and Experience: Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position Highly motivated and pro-active self-starter who has demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines Degree not necessary but is preferred Previous housebuilding | construction experience is essential Package: Basic Salary - £85,000 - £95,000 Car / Car Allowance Outstanding Bonus potential ranging between 30% - 60% Contact: Please call Vijay Patel, Managing Director on 01509 276158 or email your CV to
