The Role An Audit Manager is being sought to join the office in order to deal with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients and provide direct support to the partners at the firm. The role would require the management of a team of staff through reviewing and delegating work.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of clients. Day to day management of a team of staff, including reviewing work of staff members Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels, being a principal point of contact throughout the year. Set timetables and control assignments from start to finish Develop a strong commercial understanding of the clients' businesses Support Partners and Senior Managers in the development of new business relationships and business proposals through high level sales and marketing activity. Providing training and development to junior members of staff Participate in Firm wide activities The Individual: ACA or ACCA qualified A minimum of 4-5 years' experience working in an audit role within a similar sized accountancy practice Experience of leading, supervising and coaching members of staff Good IT skills, including experience of using different audit packages or systems and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels Accurate, methodical and organised Excellent organisational ability
