Responsibilities:
Debt management and collection of broker/ client accounts. Aged debt management and review of performance against targets. Monitor cash allocation and propose corrective action on un-allocated accounts where needed To escalate serious issues to the Credit Manager To ensure correct procedures and processes are in place. Working to implement action plans for difficult / doubtful accounts. Provide updates on performance of accounts & provide regular updates on issues & sales ledger performance Ensure that your brokers/ clients are your first priority and excellent customer service is delivered at all times Manage a high level workload and pick up any adhoc activity/ projects to support the department To provide regular customer statements and downloads To ensure queries are maintained on a daily basis and resolved within the agreed timeframe Maintaining close working relationships with other internal departments, in particular CSC and Sales Skill set required: Experience in a busy credit control role; Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced dynamic environment demonstrating success at reducing aged debts & improving metrics; Successfully manage multiple tasks & priorities; Strong time management & demonstrate experience in meeting deadlines & targets; Flexible approach to working hours.
