TPT2139 Accounts Clerk My client is a well established Property Management company based in Borehamwood who, as part of their expansion are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk ideally with experience in the Block Management or Property Management industry. The role will involve:- Bank reconciliations Logging all incoming service charge payments Managing all incoming invoices ready for payment Use of Propman (training will be given) Calling utility companies with current meter readings Credit Control - chasing outstanding service charge accounts from leaseholders B2C This is a small but friendly team and part of the company's growth plans. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk with experience in all the above area's and experience of credit control from consumers (B2C).
