An entrepreneurial SME are recruiting for a commercially astute Head of Finance to join their growing business. Reporting to the CEO and managing a small finance team, this role will be responsible for preparing the management accounts and providing financial information to aid strategic decision making in a face paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong people managment skills and experience of heading the finance function of an SME.

Responsibilities:
Ownership of the finance function Preparation of monthly Management Accounts Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis External reporting and managing audit process Stakeholder management Financial analysis and reporting management information VAT returns Manage and develop the finance team Implement / improve internal processes and controls Desirables: Qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA Strong management accounting and financial analysis experience Confident and self motivated Excellent interpersonal skills Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
