Your new company

A very high-end retail company who are constantly growing and looking for a bright individual to join their finance team on a temporary basis. This company have an incredibly relaxed culture whereby they expect 100% effort without having to micro manage. Currently they are going through a few changes hence the need for an additional head.

Your new role

An Account Payable Manager who can review a function and put new procedures in place to increase efficiency. They need someone who is very intellectual and can think on their feet, not afraid to voice their opinion when it comes to improving processes and suggesting new ideas. This is a must and experience within this region is necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a few years experience within process implementation and be able to prove that you are able to identify aspects that need change. Personality is also very important, must be able to integrate within the team. Being able to have a keen eye, identify what is working well and what isn't is a must. You must be able to speak about this in depth.
