Your new role
The UK finance manager is directly responsible for the entire accounting and related control functions of the UK business. In addition the UK finance manager is responsible for managing the local finance team. Reporting into the EMEA Head of Finance.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be responsible for all the financial and management accounting and reporting in the UK.
Ensure that corporate guideline on controls, policies and procedures are being followed. Manage the local finance team (3 staff). Assist and support EMEA finance head, corporate finance and country management in all aspects of financial and management reporting, compliance and business analysis.

• Reviews accounting period results and carries out the period close process
• Responsible for the non-cash reconciliation and G&A monitoring.
• Support the yearly budget process..
• Coordinate the statutory audit in the legal entity in United Kingdom. Liaise with auditors for the statutory audits and provides clarifications, prepares schedules, reports etc.
• Prepares the statutory accounts for the legal entity in United Kingdom and ensures timely filling of audited accounts with relevant legal bodies.
• Calculates tax adjusted results for the legal entity in United Kingdom , liaise with tax consultants
• Supports (and manage the local) the AR and credit control functions.
• Any other Ad-hoc tasks if required.
