Collections Specialist - Credit Control function Burton-upon-Trent c£25,000


An exciting opportunity to join an international organisation at their new offices in Burton-upon-Trent. The organisation specialise in partnering with a number of renowned suppliers and manufacturing organisations around the world. This organisation pride themselves in being a partner to their clients and mirror this in their excellent company ethos. Due to expansion they are now looking for a skilled Collections specialist with a solid background in Credit Control to join them on a permanent basis.

As Collections specialist for the organisation, you will take responsibility for one of the companies major clients. This will include credit control and administration duties for the accounts of this particular organisation. You will work to recover aged debt and maintain these accounts accordingly. Day to day duties will include liaising with this client on a regular basis, resolving disputed balances, weekly reporting in meetings and reconciling accounts on both monthly and weekly terms.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in Credit Control and administration duties will be essential for success in this role. You should have strong communication skills with the ability to work off your own initiative. Comfortable working in an office environment, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively with a team.
