Description

The key roles and responsibilities for the Management Accountant include:

• Monthly management accounts pack
• Production of budgets (monthly, quarterly or annually)
• Meeting with budget holders to discuss and analyse data, paying attention to any areas that are over or under budget
• Variance analysis
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Cost Accounting where necessary
• Production of various Management reports
• Balance Sheet analysis
• Systems development where necessary

Profile

The successful candidate for this Management Accountant role will:

• Be Part Qualified and actively studying ACCA/CIMA
• Have excellent analytical skills with a good attention to detail
• Have a positive attitude and be an excellent team player
• Be confident presenting to senior management
• Have intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office programmes
