Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Financial Control, you will play a crucial role in driving the new approach to risk management in the Finance Division. This will involve developing and leading the risk management strategy to ensure a standardised approach across the Finance Division whilst ensuring it is aligned with Group principles and framework. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the division and deliver coaching to embed a strong risk management culture. You will also develop, test and maintain the division's Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovering Planning activities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified risk management professional or accountant (IRM/ACA/ACCA). You will have a strong Risk Management background - preferably from a regulated industry but this is not essential. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with executive-level stakeholders.

What you'll get in return
£60,000-£70,000 + bonus (up to 25%) + benefits
