Finance Manager role with a rapidly expanding, PE-back tech business based in City of London. Broad role with great progression. £60K + Bonus + Share.

The Business

I'm partnering with a rapidly expanding SaaS tech business based in City of London. With offices in London, Europe and the US already, our client is continuing to expand globally and is in a position to double their headcount by this time next year.

Although now more established, they very much have a start-up feel and are looking to strengthen their finance function by bringing in a Finance Manager to their City of London office.

Description

The Role

As an all-rounder Finance Manager role this position will be highly varied and will be a blend of commercial responsibilities and reporting ownership. Due to the period of high growth, it will initially be a hands on role and whilst responsibilities will be varied they will include:

  • Day to day ownership of the finance function: overseeing the production of the monthly and annual reporting for the group. Including oversight of VAT and tax requirements.
  • Commercial/Strategy: ad hoc analysis as requested including due dilligence reporting
  • Process/Systems Improvements: ongoing proactive analysis of current systems and processes, implementing changes where needed to support continued growth and expansion.
  • Team Management: responsible for upskilling, workflow control and management of juniors.
  • Profile

    What's Needed

  • Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Tech or SaaS exposure highly desirable
  • Strong Excel + Systems Proficiency
  • Able to commute to City of London
