Group Tax Manager - Media - Essex - Circa £55k-£70k bonus and bens Robert Walters are hiring for a Group Tax Manager for a leading media company based in Essex. This is a permanent role that can be considered either full-time or a 4 day working week. They are flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home when needed, in addition to a great role a fantastic environment. The Group Tax Manager will work with the Head of Tax and will manage a team of 4 Tax Accountants. The Group Tax Manager will be responsible for corporate tax issues that affect the company's operations across the UK and Europe. The role is very varied and will cover corporate tax compliance, reporting/forecasting, accounting, tax advisory work, process improvement and will work on a variety of tax projects for example supporting the continued integration of a recent large-scale acquisition to the group. On top of the tax technical work, the Group Tax Manager will be tasked with managing their team - You will need to provide excellent leadership, and support your team's continued progression, and you will be responsible for any recruitment and for furthering the team's development. As such this is a great opportunity for someone looking for an interesting in-house tax role based outside of London in Essex.
