CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Pricing Manager to join the team located in London. The successful candidate will partner with the Solution Lead and lead the development of new and renewal activities, develop negotiation strategy and undertake sensitivity analysis, participate in negotiating the contract and closing the deal and ensure pricing models align with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions strategy. Role Summary: Lead, as part of a bid team, the development of the costing aspects of the proposal and in collaboration with the aligned Costing / Estimating SMEs and Commercial / Legal lead on the bid, through to sign off and handover, with regards to all commercial aspects of the process, including identification of value pricing, commercial risks and associated mitigation strategies Be an active participant in the bid team during contract and price negotiations with the prospective customer Understand the client business drivers for a given bid and develop an appropriate commercial solution / model, contributing to the win strategy Ensure appropriate costing / estimating standards are applied to qualified customer opportunities Routinely assess the work of the Solutions team regarding accuracy, work processes and that team members are providing the best input Provide suggestions and guidance for content, functional requirements, or technical methods Ensure there is strong documentation of action plans and assumptions to deliver outer year cost reductions where appropriate Develop and articulate pricing and risk assumptions to the business / bid team Rigorously apply the Business Development Process, including sign-offs and other processes Work within a matrix organisation and enlist assistance and support from relevant people when compiling a price solution Apply benchmarking standards and competitor analysis into commercial proposals Drive standardisation of approach, modelling tools, and methods across divisions, regions and global Ad-hoc projects Experience Required: Essential Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics Qualified accountant Strong commercial acumen with excellent numerical skills Eye for detail Good to advanced understanding of Microsoft Office suite Fluency in written and spoken English Understand and adhere to brand guidelines Knowledge of layout, type and colour Strong experience in finance roles for a large company Ability to work in a face-paced, deadline driven team environment Ability to deal sensitively with confidential information Extremely detailed orientated with strong communication skills Flexible - able to work outside of core office hours on a frequent basis Occasional regional / overseas travel to other working locations when required by the business Uses a range of communications methods and styles to convey information Competence to Deliver Thorough understanding of relevant procedures and processes Continuous Improvement Ability to be open, flexible and show willingness to change when necessary Desirable Master's Degree in Business Administration or Economics Other European languages a benefit Commercial Real Estate industry (within integrator or direct delivery of service) Strong experience working with large outsourcing contracts and / or bid pricing About CBRE Global Workplace Solutions: As one of the business units in CBRE, Global Workplace Solutions provides end-to-end services across the complete lifecycle of the workplace, helping to improve business operations and reduce cost.
