Finance Manager (qualified) Liverpool Competitive Salary - depending on experience Frankwills Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced qualified Finance Manager based in Liverpool. The Finance Manager will work with a range of non-finance operational stakeholders and will be expected to drive efficiency and performance improvements through these relationships along with managing financial projects and the provision of day to day financial management. The ideal candidate must have experience working in Manufacturing sector or a similar environment due to the nature of the business This is a great opportunity for a Finance Manager looking for a challenging role who enjoys working in fast-paced environments helping to highlight commercial challenges and opportunities to drive profit. This role is based in Liverpool and has onsite car parking facilities as well as easy access to transport networks. Key
responsibilities:
Day to day financial management preparing management accounts Investigating variances Managing a small finance team Conducting Team one to ones and training Stakeholder Management meetings Quarterly forecasting using internal systems and MS Excel Responsible for working on a range of commercial projects Leading monthly budget meetings Recording and monitoring of VAT Research and bid contract management Assisting in preparation of year end accounts Introducing new processes and procedures Support on new systems coming into business to drive performance and efficiency Key Skills Recognised professional accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA level) Management of budgets Experience working with Sage 200 Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Excel Knowledge of PAYE and VAT regulations Experience working in Manufacturing environment or similar Experience managing a diverse team Excellent organisational skills The ability to communicate well at stakeholder level
