Head of Credit Strategy - Acquisition London Up to £120,000 plus industry leading benefits One of the leading Financial Services here in London specialising in Credit Cards, need someone to join their new and flourishing Loans team as a Head of Credit Strategy. You will be leading a team consisting of 2 Senior Manager and 4 Analysts, being responsible for setting the strategic direction in regards to Acquisition of new customers. THE COMPANY A major Credit Card company within the UK who are currently in the process of launching a new product and can offer exposure to a very fast paced and innovative working environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership role in creating and maintaining credit policy strategies . Minimising the impairment losses and delivering the budget "unit of one" credit performance levels for new customer origination's across all new customer product lines. Strategic credit lead on new customer marketing strategies. Analytical lead on new customer marketing and credit decision processes to continually challenge how to improve credit and/or growth. Lead a team of highly skilled Analysts and Managers who constantly want to push their ideas to the next level. WHAT IS REQUIRED FROM YOU: University degree level or similar with highly numerate and analytical background. A successful and proven track record in leading credit risk teams within Credit Cards, particularly across Acquisition. Proven experience of identifying and implementation of process and strategy improvements. Strong management experience leading high performance teams.
