We are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a young, growing business with over 50 staff based in Gloucester. The Role
• Inputting expenses, invoices, credit notes and other journals such as sales and payroll
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Preparing and processing payment runs
• Dealing with client and supplier queries via e-mail and telephone
• Coding invoices
• Reviewing aged creditors
• General filing and archiving
• Other ad hoc tasks The Candidate We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic person.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are very important
• Good Organisation Skills
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Purchase Ledger The package
• Competitive salary
• Full time (35 Hours) Monday - Friday
• 20 days holiday increasing to 25 days after 1 year service
