London Wall Office About the role Retail Business Management provide a business partnering support for the Consumer Servicing across a wide range of activity and responsibilities. In this role you'll play a crucial part in planning and managing support to a defined area(s) of the business unit, participating as a member of the assigned business team and ensuring the provision of an efficient operation which meets customer needs. You'll interpret complex processes and manage the efficient and effective production of high quality output and analysis, anticipating stakeholder needs. You may supervise the day to day activities of a small team. About you You'll have experience providing technical support and assistance to the business in a subject area, using own judgment as to when more complex queries require raising with senior team members. You'll also have experience in: Ensuring the collection of appropriate data and build, maintain and improve information models for effective analysis Contributing to the preparation and information analysis for the planning, budgeting and forecasting process, and compiling reports, ensuring business areas are aware of their performance and variances from agreed targets Identify and implement agreed changes to support processes; monitor and support a range of processes and systems, so that they are effectively maintained and coordinated, and recommend improvements Building relationships with internal and external service providers and/or customers to identify business requirements, improve operational efficiency, provide appropriate support and guidance and assist with any user testing and implementation You'll be someone that has proven experience in contributing to project initiatives, taking responsibility for the development and implementation of specific deliverables to ensure these are achieved within the required time, cost and quality parameters. and the skills/background you'd possess? Significant experience in program management/project management within the financial services sector Highly experienced undertaking the production and analysis of information for business areas to support decision-making You'll be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills You'll be experienced at establishing and building relationships with partners; support the provision of quality and timely information and analysis to inform the business and optimise results Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, influencing to senior management and be comfortable engaging with business executives Proven experienced in governance reporting with proven financial forecasting, budgeting and cost management experience We'd also welcome someone with project management certifications What will you get in return?
