Their services RTAEL/PL Industrial Disease Medical Negligence Rehabilitation Holiday Sickness Role Overview: Working as the Finance Manager you will assist the operations function and be responsible for all the finance team, you will be expected to be able to complete the accounts up to trial balance and be able to produce the management accounts and report to the Managing Director. Key duties: The core duties and responsibilities of the role will include (but will by no means be limited to): All financial reporting to the LT Manage team to achieve/exceed targets Oversee all tasks and training of assistant members Manage Expert Payment Budget Deal with all high-level collection's issuest Prepare for, attend & debrief Finance Meeting Control of forecast Finalisation of Accounts pack exec summary Attend accounts meeting to present the LT and Group finance Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years in an finance role Excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills and telephone manner. IT/Computer Literate Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Organisational skills are essential Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times Ability to work on own initiative and proven track record of ability to work under sustained pressure and to tight deadlines.
